About The Position

Forklift Operator|Jerome, Idaho| Now Hiring Compensation: $18.00per hour Available Shift: 7am-7pm (rotating days and nights every 63 days, 2-2-3 schedule) TEXT TO APPLY NUMBER: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to operate forklift and perform daily inspections Must be able to fill forklift battery with water on a regular basis Must be aware of and follow all safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment, housekeeping, hazardous materials, etc. Must be able to interface with all departments concerning the timely distribution of materials TO production and movement of materials FROM production such as all boxes, polybags, etc. Must be able to load and unload trucks Any paper work must be prepared timely and accurately and turned into the shift supervisor at the end of the shift Load and put away product safely and efficiently Operate forklift safely Supply all necessary materials to all running lines for continuous production Remove regrinds from production areas as needed Remove cardboard and any other materials from production to staging area after a changeover Operate Compactor, bailer, shrink wrap machine Assist in coverage of breaks

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
  • Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift and perform daily inspections
