QUALIFICATIONS: The Role: Manage all orders coming and going out of the pack and the river warehouses, pull pallets off the line, keep empty pallets stocked at the palletizer and stage pallets of empty bags for use on the line. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as necessary. Job Tasks: Must be able to perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner Must be able to enter product data in MEDB or similar databases and generate COAs for specific customers Must be able to maintain product quality specifications for finished product at all times to meet specifications Must inspect trailers making sure they meet Ardent Mills requirements for food grade trucks and reject those that do not Responsible for maintaining sanitation throughout warehouse and packaging department areas Must confirm the products selected match the products on order sheet Insure quality standards of the bag appearance, seals, wrap and pallets Must be able to lift, twist, turn, bend, push, pull and climb as required in a safe manner Be responsible for the sterile zone operation including the final rebolt sifter and whole wheat sifter Must be willing to work in a team environment with Pack Techs, Utilities and other Forklift Operators with the best interest of the operation in mind Must be responsible and capable of following all policies and procedures and also help to maintain, update, and enforce procedures for the plant, as representatives of Ardent Mills Skills & Experience Must be willing and able to work additional hours which may include overtime, weekends, and holidays. Must possess High School Diploma. Communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Working knowledge of and ability to use computers. Must be willing to accept accountability and work well in a team.
