About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to help keep our Press Room running smoothly. You’ll move materials, products, tools, and containers within the production area while maintaining safety and accuracy. This is a hands-on role that supports multiple departments, making it ideal for team-oriented individuals who enjoy an active work environment.
Shift 16: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
Pay: Starting at $19.25/hour to $20.25/hr base rate depending on experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6month of forklift experience required
• Ability to work safely, maintain focus, and make independent decisions regarding container substitutions and placement
• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a forklift
• Ability to lift, pull, or move tools or scrap bins as needed
• Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials, products, and tools.
• Retrieve and deliver press tools, assisting with setup when needed.
• Weigh parts and scrap accurately and document as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate clearly with machine operators, leads, and supervisors.
