This position is responsible for removing finished product from the main production line and transporting it to designated warehouse storage locations using a forklift. The operator moves materials and products throughout production, warehouse, and storage areas to support efficient workflow. A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and careful operation of industrial equipment is essential to keep materials in the right place at the right time. Requirements

Able to lift 35 pounds.
Work jobs that have repetitive motion.
Implement and follow safe work practices and rules.
Proven experience as forklift operator
Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required
High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
Maintain a clean & safe environment
May be required to use RF scanner gun
High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Remove finished product from the main production line and transporting it to designated warehouse storage
Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment, following inventory control instructions
Stacking empty pallets
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
Transport raw materials to production workstations
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
