As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our production moving smoothly by safely and efficiently transporting materials throughout the facility. Requirements

  • Previous forklift experience preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to lift 20–50 pounds
  • Ability to remain seated for the duration of the shift

Responsibilities

  • Operating forklifts to move materials and products.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory using our materials management system (COMN).
  • Organizing and managing warehouse storage areas.
  • Loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Performing daily safety inspections on equipment.
  • Replacing forklift batteries and propane tanks.
  • Collaborating with your team and cross-training in various areas.
  • Participating in training to support your career growth.
  • Must be able to obtain LSC Communications hoist license by attending class and meeting requirements.
  • Able to communicate well with operators and crews.
  • Must be personally committed to concepts of high employee involvement, continuous improvement, and diversity.
