Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift candidates must present an OSHA Forklift Certification before the extension of a job offer.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilizing a forklift, load, and unload pallets to and from trailers as well as move pallets to correct locations throughout the warehouse, that meet company and safety standards.
• This job involves driving a forklift and using pedals to operate a lifting apparatus.
• You will be responsible for preparing pallets for shipping according to schedule and keeping the work area clean and organized.
• It's important to operate equipment safely and efficiently using recommended methods.
• You must always follow OSHA and MSDS standards and company safety procedures and wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties.
• Loading and unloading shipments safely is also part of the job, along with efficiently picking, moving, stacking, and storing pallets in the appropriate areas.
