About The Position

Izzio Artisan Bakery is the #1 selling sourdough bread in America, dedicated to providing customers with great breads created using traditional methods and the best possible ingredients. Their people are a major part of their process and success. Izzio Artisan Bakery is seeking a Freezer Warehouse Worker for their facility located in Henderson, CO. This role is responsible for receiving orders, maintaining inventory, unloading, and loading trucks. Strict attention to order accuracy is required for both loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks.

Requirements

High School education required
Must be forklift certified or have forklift experience.
Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
Regular, reliable, predictable attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently.
Must be able to push/pull up to 85lbs with assisted lifting.
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and kneel.
Must have a flexible schedule, that includes evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse and inventory related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Works from electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack.
Follows warehouse instructions in building loads.
Position is responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation.
Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
Transport truck loading involves moving full pallets of products from the warehouse onto a trailer and removing any returned pallets/plastic flats.
Responsible for unloading pallets and placing them in designated warehouse space.
Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet.
Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Position may be required to work across a wide variety of weather conditions and hours, shift duration depends on workload and may vary daily.
