Forklift Operator
About The Position
Qualifications: · MUST have experience with Order Picker, Stand-Up Reach, and Stand-Up Forklift equipment · Must be able to lift 50+ lbs manually throughout a 10-hour shift · Must wear steel-toe shoes · High school diploma or GED preferred · Ability to follow written and verbal instructions · Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills · Able to work independently and safely · Must act ethically and comply with company policies · Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and occasional climbing, kneeling, or crawling · May be exposed to varying weather and moderate noise levels Responsibilities: · Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely · Pick, stage, load, and unload products (up to 50 lbs) · Verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy · Organize and maintain warehouse inventory · Report damages, shortages, returns, and outdated stock · Perform inventory counts and basic facility maintenance · Assist with paperwork and end-of-day warehouse closing
