About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Must be willing and able to: Operate in a safe manner, and in accordance with all company policies and procedures. Use a handheld computer to pick and scan product to outbound loads. Communicate effectively with other TM’s and assists in coordinating to accomplish all assigned tasks. Operate powered pallet jack, forklift and/or reach truck. Inspects daily, charges batteries, maintains battery water level, and changes batteries as necessary. Deliver raw materials, packaging, and pallets to the appropriate production areas. Move inventory in an organized manner to store in a subzero freezer, cooler, and a dry goods area. Move finished goods and work-in-progress from production lines to the shipping area. Unload trucks. Cover and stretch-wraps pallets. Ensure assigned production lines are continuously supplied with clean raw materials and packaging. Records movement transactions in the SAP system. Ensures all raw materials and finished goods are labeled correctly. Maintain an organized and clean work environment according to 5S principles, GMP’s, and USDA regulations. Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Hours: Tuesday through Friday 07:00 PM to 06:00 AM This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Requirements

  • Must have LESS than 7 attendance points and have NO written disciplinary actions in the past 12 months.
