About The Position

Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. The goal is to provide kitchen and bath cabinets crafted by dedicated Wellborn employees with the utmost quality and care. One of the initial points of contact in preparation for Manufacturing. This role will employ care and organizational skill to continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living.

• Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing, and time management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete those tasks in a timely manner
• High School Diploma, GED, or 1yr of equivalent experience.
• Certified to operate forklift, powered pallet jack, Order picker, etc. depending on the department.
• Must complete the provided Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training for any forklift position

Responsibilities

• Transports various materials (particleboard, wood, painted or non-painted parts) from one location to another with a forklift depending on the department.
• Uses Forklift to deliver parts to proper locations depending on department.
• Stocks parts in rack locations depending on department.
• Transports buggies and/or pallets of parts to the correct locations throughout plant.
• Delivers various types of parts to different areas of the plant depending on the material.
• Utilizes various types of equipment for movement of heavier material.
• Utilizes various types of equipment for movement of heavier material with lifts with higher weight restrictions required.
• Uses heavier outside equipment to load and haul logs and lumber around the Sawmill, Dry Kiln, and Log yard areas.
