About The Position

The position involves multitasking to keep job production flowing throughout the store and production area at all times. The individual must ensure that the work area is a safe environment and carry out verbal and written material tasks with minimal supervision. Daily inspections on loaders are required, along with staging vehicles, which includes transporting them to and from the staging area and the drain shop. The role also involves checking fluids twice daily to ensure proper operation and using a forklift or skid steer while observing all safety regulations. The employee assists in maintaining a complete safe production/store environment for both employees and customers, ensuring an environmentally safe environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the Auto Dismantling Industry.
• Prior experience in operating a Loader or similar equipment.
• Must attend retraining classes annually that meet company standards.
• Must successfully complete the Chemical Hazards Training program.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple competing tasks and priorities.
• Perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules.
• Use proper safety equipment and safety procedures.
