Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Forklift Operator located at our manufacturing facility in Appleton, WI. HIRING IMMEDIATELY!! GREAT PAY! GREAT BENEFITS! GREAT CAREERS! Pay: $23.50 / hour

  • Operating the forklift to package various products into cartons or shipping cases for customer shipments.
  • Making safety the number one priority by driving safety initiatives.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and rail cars, as well as moving materials to and from storage areas and machines.
  • Safely operating various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and automated pallet jacks, to transport goods.
  • Stacking materials, maintaining accurate inventory records using tools like RF scanners, and organizing stock for efficient movement and rotation.
  • Performing daily safety checks on the forklift, reporting any defects, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring loads are properly secured.
  • Checking trucking manifests, bills of lading, and documenting the arrival, departure, and movement of goods.
  • Performing quality assurance checks, reporting product damage or shortages, and rotating stock to ensure oldest items are shipped or sold first.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience using both sit-down and stand-up forklifts with the ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends.
  • Previous experience at a manufacturing facility.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
