About The Position

FW logistics is looking for an experienced Cold Storage Forklift Operator for our Memphis, TN location on first shift! This is a Cold storage facility. Candidate must be comfortable working in a negative temperature climate.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• 2+ years forklift operation experience
• Ability to read and comprehend information
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
• Previous forklift experience required

Responsibilities

• Operate Sit or stand up forklift to move product
• Utilize power or hand jack
• Gather product based on production schedule or work order
• Ability to read production schedule and work orders to determine items needed
• Sort, rack and shelve items based on size, type, style, color or product code
• Compile paperwork from customer specifications
• Write simple memos and communications
• Reviews orders for accuracy
• Help to maintain a clean and neat work environment
• All other duties as assigned
