About The Position
We are conducting a confidential search for a Warehouse Operator to support a large -scale food manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for moving raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods safely and efficiently within both dry and refrigerated warehouse environments. This is with a defense industry client requiring a VantageClear Certification or an active security clearance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- VantageClear Certification (or equivalent) required or active security clearance.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in cold storage/freezer environments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts and other equipment) to move raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Pull ingredients and packaging from stock for use in production.
- Transport palletized products trailers, and storage areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met in handling all materials.
- Assist with other plant operations and duties as assigned.
