About The Position

We have an immediate position available for an Equipment Operator at our Recycling Facility in El Paso, TX. In this position, you will be operating our forklift, loaders, and baler, along with trucks and smaller equipment at our recycling facility. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with a shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, totaling 40-45 hours per week. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operating Forklifts and Balers
• Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Pushing recyclables onto an incline belt
• Loading recycle materials in a hopper
• Loading dump trucks and open top trailers
• Pushing up piles of yard debris and rubble
• Responsible for equipment inspection
• Assisting customers and employees as needed
