About The Position

The Forklift Operator Supplies production lines with raw materials to ensure continuity of production, removes bins from machines to be stored in the warehouse or loaded onto trailers (direct load) and ensures proper management of waste bins. The Forklift Operator receives prioritized work orders from their supervisor, as well as oral and/or written instructions recorded in SharePoint. Follows scanner instructions indicating required movements Follows instructions from superiors to improve working methods and avoid complaints or damage Adapts to changes in work priorities or assignments at the request of management Prepares, packages, stores, and loads materials as requested within the given timeframe Maintains order and cleanliness Removes waste according to established instructions Respects the environment Ensures and monitors the quality and stability of packages and stacked goods Communicates all data necessary for performance calculations to supervisors by completing the end-of-shift report (recording everything performed during the shift) Assists colleagues when needed Supplies production machines (profiling, painting, welding) with raw materials (wood, slats, pallets, powders, chemicals, packaging materials, auxiliary products, welding wire, hooks, raw parts, etc.) Ensures that production lines do not run out of raw materials Loads trucks destined for customers according to product type (PRC, hooks, feet, plates, etc.) Notifies the supervisor in case of damage or other anomalies Properly stores packages coming from production Moves packages within the warehouse at the request of a superior Performs cleaning tasks according to instructions or upon supervisor request Charges vehicle batteries within the required timeframe Counts items during inventory and contributes to cycle counts Is courteous and polite with drivers Performs 5S audits according to instructions
