About The Position

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team. This position involves efficiently sorting, handling, loading, and unloading both palletized and non-palletized freight. Operators will use appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to secure freight inside trailers while adhering to company safety policies. The work environment includes a dock that is not climate-controlled, requiring operators to be prepared for varying conditions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry.
• Forklift experience in a freight or less-than-truckload (LTL) environment.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Strong attention to detail and desire to succeed.

Responsibilities
