The Forklift Operator/Material Handler/Warehouse Person at Clean Harbors is responsible for safely operating forklifts to manage the movement of materials within the warehouse. Requirements

• Preferably 6+ months of equipment operation experience (forklift, excavator, haul trucks).
• Strong organizational abilities, multi-tasking capabilities, and effective communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and moving drums weighing up to 800 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently offload, palletize, and reload material using a forklift.
• Manage the movement of loads between hubs, plants, and outbound destinations, ensuring efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to storage permits and track manifest return timelines.
• Dispatch transportation from hubs and maintain an up-to-date Hub Database using Outlook and Hub Management tools.
• Work closely with a team to support smooth warehouse operations.
