About The Position

We are seeking a Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations by efficiently handling materials, ensuring the timely movement of goods, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role is essential to keeping the warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Forklift certification required (must pass certification test)
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write basic correspondence
  • Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one interactions with team members
  • Standing/Walking: 8–10 hours per day
  • Lifting: Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Repetitive Motion: Regular use of hands for handling and operating equipment
  • Posture: Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • Vision: Close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
  • Experience using RF scanners preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

  • Operate stand-up reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely transport, load, and unload materials
  • Review and process orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Move and organize products within the warehouse, including stacking materials properly
  • Perform shipping tasks, including small parcel shipments (UPS, FedEx) and LTL freight
  • Inspect and maintain forklifts; report any issues for timely repair
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
  • Assist in improving shipping and warehouse processes for increased efficiency
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
