This position is responsible for performing a range of duties to ensure the warehouse's administrative operations run smoothly and effectively on a daily basis. Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm Must be Forklift Certified
Requirements
- MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
- UPS/FedEx Shipping software
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- RF Scanner
- SAP experience highly preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work in a fast paced warehouse/office environment
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one interactions with other employees.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Stand on your feet for up to 8-10 hours a day in a fast-paced environment.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- May be exposed to various chemicals, such as weld gas, spatter spray, and cleaners.
- The noise level in the environment is loud, and hearing protection is required.
- Must be Forklift Certified

Responsibilities
- Reviews new orders in SAP for correctness and schedules daily production.
- Creates, organizes, files and distributes instructions as needed.
- Performs Shipping process to include small parcels (UPS, FedEx), skids (LTL).
- Assists In developing and executing methods/procedures to improve Shipping process.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.
