As a Forklift Operator at XPO, you will be responsible for efficiently sorting, handling, loading, and unloading both palletized and non-palletized freight. You will use appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to secure freight inside trailers using the necessary tools and supplies. The role requires adherence to company safety policies while working in a safe and efficient manner. You will also be expected to use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments. The work environment includes a dock that is not climate-controlled, and you will be required to lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights, frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 70 lbs.
