About The Position

As a Forklift Operator/Delivery Driver at Kelly Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of products within a warehouse environment. This full-time position involves operating warehouse equipment, unloading delivery vehicles, and selecting and packing customer orders, all while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform physical requirements, including lifting up to 70 pounds, bending, twisting, and reaching
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment and following safety instructions
• Adaptability to work in various weather conditions and seasonal changes
• Compliance with safety instructions and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements if needed

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks to lift and move inventory within the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts
• Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identify and document materials
• Store products in designated locations following proper procedures
• Select and pack customer orders, ensuring adherence to standards
• Occasionally perform delivery driver duties using a light van or delivery vehicle
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, following safety protocols and conducting daily inspections
