About The Position

The Forklift Operator position at Bona USA involves operating a forklift to move packages and materials within the distribution center. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience working in a similar role (Forklift Operator, Warehouse Worker, etc.).
• Forklift Certification and Pallet Jack Certification.
• Experience in warehousing finished goods and raw materials.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (SAP experience preferred).
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, etc.).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, etc.).
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
• Transport materials to production areas.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Responsible for inventory accuracy and control within the distribution facility including stock rotation (FIFO).
• Inspect machinery and determine the need for repair.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop mutually beneficial relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
