Ryder is seeking a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Forklift Operator in Lancaster, PA, to join their team. The role involves operating forklifts and performing various warehouse functions in a safe and efficient manner. Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment, such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during production hours.
Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
Highly thorough and dependable with a good attendance record.
Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Experience in a diverse work environment.
Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
