About The Position

The Forklift Operator at Sam's Club is responsible for safely operating a forklift to manage inventory flow, assist members, and maintain the safety and presentation of the sales floor. Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Manage inventory flow and follow company policies for equipment utilization.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation according to company standards.
• Assist with filling club pick up orders and ensure accuracy in staging products.
• Collaborate with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and priorities.
