About The Position

As a Forklift Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers within the Justice, IL territory and a 1-hour radius. This role involves diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, completing installations, and performing both unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance based on customer requirements. You will analyze breakdown situations, recommend corrective actions, and execute repairs efficiently and professionally, all while maintaining a customer-centric approach and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to exchange information courteously
• Commitment to exceptional customer relations
• Competency in safely operating various equipment and personal hand tools
• Ability to leverage available support resources effectively
• A high school diploma/GED along with one to three years of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience in a similar environment or equivalent vocational education
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
