Requirements

Proven experience as a forklift technician.
The desire to expand knowledge and grow with the company.
The ability and desire to work safely.
The ability to work a night shift or a day shift.
4 day on/4 day off rotation as assigned.
Additional responsibilities and opportunities as they are assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Diagnose & Repair: Get hands-on with various forklift models, troubleshooting issues and performing repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and safely.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
