About The Position

As a Forklift Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by: Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, completing installations, and performing both unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance based on customer requirements. Problem Analysis and Resolutions: Analyzing breakdown situations, recommending corrective actions to customers, and executing repairs efficiently and professionally. Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrating professionalism and fostering positive relationships with customers while delivering superior customer service.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reading schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals, coupled with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to exchange information courteously, and a commitment to exceptional customer relations.
  • Safety and Resourcefulness: Competency in safely operating various equipment and personal hand tools, coupled with the ability to leverage available support resources effectively.
  • A high school diploma/GED along with one to three years of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience in a similar environment or equivalent vocational education. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
