About The Position

At Associated, the Forklift Field Service Technician plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to customers. This involves diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, completing installations, and performing both unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance based on customer requirements. The technician will analyze breakdown situations, recommend corrective actions, and execute repairs efficiently and professionally, all while demonstrating professionalism and fostering positive customer relationships. Requirements

Proficiency in reading schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to exchange information courteously, and a commitment to exceptional customer relations.
Competency in safely operating various equipment and personal hand tools.
Ability to leverage available support resources effectively.
A high school diploma/GED.
One to three years of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience in a similar environment or equivalent vocational education.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
