About The Position

The Material Handler – Level 1 is a key support member of the OKC logistics team. The Material Handler –Level 1 is responsible for shipping and receiving duties including but not limited to order accuracy, loading and unloading trucks, movement of product from the production floor to the warehouse and problem solving.

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred.
• 1-2 years of powered industrial truck and logistics/warehousing experience
• High level to detail and audit minded mentality.
• Can work independently and multi-task in faced paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive propane powered industrial trucks equipped with various lifting devices.
• Load and unload materials in the warehouse and onto/off of pallets, skids or lifting devices.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse or into trucks.
• Record inventory by accurately scanning products into the computerized barcode system.
• Seek guidance when encountering problems with raw materials, finished goods and other warehouse areas.
• Monitoring accuracy of orders.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
