About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Forklift Material Handler to join our Riverside team. Participate in the Sika SAFE Program, ensuring compliance with safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment. Operate forklifts to handle inbound materials, raw materials, and finished products. Manage inventory, including counting, examining, and verifying materials against documents. Perform cycle counts and other inventory-related tasks as required. Contribute to cultural initiatives emphasizing safety, teamwork, and productivity. Maintain accurate records and report discrepancies to supervisors. Assist in other duties as directed by leadership.

Requirements

3+ years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
Strong math skills, including work with fractions, decimals, and percentages
Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment as trained
Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as required
Self-motivated with excellent attendance and interpersonal skills
