Forklift Driver - 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)
Brookshire, TX
Compensation Includes:
Starting Pay Rate of $18.00/hour

Requirements

• Ability to perform simple calculations and apply sound mathematical reasoning
• Knowledge of applicable machinery; competency in forklift operations strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive work attitude and willingness to collaborate with others

Responsibilities

• Moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment
• Perform all material transfers with high accuracy and accountability following established processes and procedures
• Perform all duties with a strong focus on safety
• Follow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and company practices, including truck/railcar safety rules and the attendance policy
• Effectively perform all duties outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work
• Assist with operations on all EPS lines as assigned; relieve operators for breaks
• Perform Packers (Packing Associates) and Operator B (Operator Associates) duties as trained
• Fill in as Operator for breaks or as assigned
• Provide excellent communication and customer service to internal and external customers
• Assist others with daily assignments and work effectively within a team
• Ensure assignments are completed in a timely manner
• Conduct daily forklift inspections
• Support SAP functions related to inventory and load management (e.g., Pick List, PGI)
• Perform additional tasks as required; responsibilities may vary as needed
