Summary
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Forklift Driver to support our replenishment operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and order availability by breaking case packs and restocking pick bins with loose product. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at height, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM. Overtime opportunities available and may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of Cherry Picker experience required – must be comfortable operating at elevated heights.
• Attention to detail is a must – this role directly impacts order accuracy and quality.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to twist, squat, and bend during shift

Responsibilities

• Operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklift and Stand-Up Reach forklift safely and efficiently.
• Safely secure and transport loads at elevation (up to 30 feet).
• Pull and replenish product from overstock locations to pick bins; break open cases into individual units as needed.
• Handle products with precision to maintain accuracy and prevent damage.
• Use RF scanner to track inventory movements and ensure real-time updates.
• Perform regular equipment checks and report any issues or concerns.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
• Support general warehouse functions as needed.
