The Forklift Driver role is an integral part of the Gallatin team, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products across various distribution functions.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience operating forklift
Basic computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions
Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete B&D approved forklift certification program

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of functions for the Distribution team including safe and efficient movement of product for receiving, stocking, replenishments, order filling, and shipping
Safely drive a sit-down lift, use a two-way radio, and complete SB&D approved equipment certification program
Learn all functions of warehouse systems including put-away, stock transfers, shipping, replenishing, and loading
Demonstrated ability to operate in and around trailers and containers
Focus on safety, quality, and achievement of specific/exact objectives
