About The Position

TMCO is looking for a full-time 1st shift forklift driver to join our team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of forklift experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to safely operate forklifts following company policies and OSHA safety rules
• Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions regarding material movement
• Organized and efficient to help keep material flow running smoothly
• Good communication skills and works well with a team

Responsibilities

• Move pallets, materials, and parts to and from assigned areas using a forklift
• Load and unload trucks, making sure items are placed and secured properly
• Organize and stack materials in storage areas based on production needs
• Work with team members to support material handling and meet production goals
• Keep the workspace clean and follow all safety rules
• Help with other manufacturing or warehouse tasks as needed
