About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Carson, CA. This position is responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to move materials, ensure safety and efficiency in the warehouse, and assist with inventory tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience and a strong work ethic, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift to safely move materials and products around the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, organize inventory, and prepare items for shipment.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with other tasks as needed by warehouse management.
