Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Starting Pay Rate: $26.00/HR + Night Shift Differential Work Hours: 6:00pm to 6:30am The purpose of this position is to perform all day-to-day activities, with focus on raw materials and finished goods handling, to achieve the department and business objectives. Day-to-day general direction is provided by the Distribution Lead. In this role, you will: Load and unload all loads of finished goods and raw materials as assigned. Move and position finished product or raw materials into designated areas within the facility. Conduct basic palletizer and de-palletizer operations to include unloading of finished goods, supplying product platforms, and assisting to resolve operational problems. Safely and efficiently operate all material handling equipment, to include batteries and chargers. Maintain all safety, GMP, and area housekeeping standards. Comply with all customer service requirements. Perform physical and cycle counts. Perform query and entry functions in SAP. Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and RF devices. Maintain current Clorox Forklift Certification. Train other FTOs. Perform any assigned duties that fall within the scope of this job as defined by management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience utilizing different types of forklifts (standup, sit-down, cherry picker, etc.)
  • Successful completion of core competency training.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and use network computer applications and electronic mail.
  • Ability to make decisions using sound judgment based on available information.
  • Completion of level appropriate skill blocks.
