This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-33/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Inspect, maintain, and repair diesel-powered forklifts, vehicles, and heavy equipment Perform troubleshooting and repairs consistent with the expectations Conduct routine preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life Maintain accurate service, inspection, and repair records Follow all safety policies and ensure equipment meets operational and compliance standards Work closely with mill personnel to support daily production needs as a reliable fork lift mechanic or diesel mechanic

Requirements

Certification or proven hands-on experience as a fork lift mechanic or diesel mechanic
Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Must provide own basic tools

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair diesel-powered forklifts, vehicles, and heavy equipment
