Requirements

• Experience or education in permit/contract/plan reviews.
• Experience or education in forest regeneration surveys.
• Experience or education in forest health surveys.
• Experience with GPS technology.
• Experience with reading legal descriptions and interpreting maps.
• Experience with GIS software.

Responsibilities

• Assist land management staff with timber sale preparation, surveys, and marking.
• Conduct permit, contract, or management plan reviews.
• Assist with forest regeneration surveys.
• Assist with forest health surveys.
• Work with GIS data to support land management.
