We are seeking a Forensics Manager to join our Matrimonial service line within the Forensic and Valuation Services Group (“FVS Group”). The Forensics Manager can be based out of any of the following office locations (Philadelphia, PA; Princeton, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; Whippany, NJ; East Brunswick, NJ; Saddle Brook, NJ; New York, NY). This is not a remote position. This will be a hybrid position (3 day in office expectation per week). The FVS Group supports attorneys in the pursuit of their client's matters through financial analysis and expert testimony. Our group handles matters of Forensic Accounting, Ownership Disputes, Marital Dissolution, Economic Damages, Post Acquisition Disputes, Insolvency, Bankruptcy, White Collar Crime, and Estate matters among others. Staff actively participates in the analysis of financial data for use in these matters necessary to assist the trier of fact to reach conclusions. Staff work directly with Senior Managers, Principles and Partners to advance a particular matter and may have an opportunity to attend settlement conferences, hearings and proceedings, ultimately growing into an expert witness in their own right.

  • Support attorneys in financial analysis and expert testimony.
  • Handle matters of Forensic Accounting, Ownership Disputes, Marital Dissolution, Economic Damages, Post Acquisition Disputes, Insolvency, Bankruptcy, White Collar Crime, and Estate matters.
  • Participate in the analysis of financial data for use in legal matters.
  • Work directly with Senior Managers, Principles, and Partners.
  • Attend settlement conferences, hearings, and proceedings.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting.
  • CPA License required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in forensic accounting focused on matrimonial forensics.
  • At least 1 year of managing a forensic team.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff as part of a team, or independently.
  • CFE or CFF credential preferred.
