About The Position

The Forensic Technician, Associate is a permanent, full-time position with the Department of Forensic Sciences. Positions are located throughout the state. This is technical work assisting in the collection, handling, and processing of forensic evidence in a laboratory setting for examination and analysis by professional scientific forensic staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection, handling, and processing of forensic evidence
• Perform tasks in a laboratory setting for examination and analysis by professional scientific forensic staff
• Collaborate with other forensic staff to ensure accurate and efficient processing of evidence
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of evidence processing and analysis
