About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. CONREP FACT Regional Program - San Diego is designed for adults with mental health challenges that are considered “Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity,” “Incompetent to Stand Trial,” or “Mentally Disordered Offenders,” who would benefit from a Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) model to return to a community-based setting. The FACT program connects members to proper resources, safe housing, and achieving wellness goals. Each member will have psycho-educational, peer/family support, skill-building groups, and access to medication management services.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
