About The Position
The Forensic Investigator position entails the response to and insurance of the efficient and precise documentation of crime scenes, evidence recovery and processing, generating reports and testifying in court as needed. This is a highly skilled, technical position which bears the responsibility of rendering assistance in the investigation of a variety of criminal and administrative investigations and related activities, as well as the scientific examination of an ever-expanding assortment of evidence encountered in criminal and administrative investigations. Perform other duties as assigned. The Forensic Investigator position has opportunities for overtime and compensatory time.
