About The Position
The position involves performing individual and assisted recovery, removal, and transfer of decedent remains from various death locations in accordance with established protocols. The individual will ensure the proper care, custody, control, and safekeeping of decedent remains during recovery and transport, along with other evidence and personal items collected or received. The role also includes assisting with the receipt and release of decedent remains and providing administrative or technical support for the Office of the Medical Examiner.
