About The Position

Requirements

• Familiarity with quality control processes and OSHA safety regulations.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to safety standards and practices on the construction site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate tasks among team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications.
• Utilize project scheduling tools such as HeavyBid and Prolog to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Bluebeam for document management, ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
