About The Position
The Foreman serves as a key field leader responsible for supervising electrical and automation crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on leadership, and the ability to guide teams toward high-quality project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and coordinate field crews on electrical, controls, and automation installation projects.
- Oversee daily scheduling, workforce allocation, material staging, and equipment usage.
- Review drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and efficient workflow.
- Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA requirements, and company policies while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding progress, challenges, and required adjustments.
- Train, mentor, and support technicians—helping develop skillsets, maintain productivity, and uphold quality expectations.
