Position Summary The Foreman is responsible for supervising electrical crews on large-scale commercial and mission critical job sites. This role ensures daily work activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Requirements
- Experience leading crews on commercial or mission critical electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to job site safety and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices.
- Plan daily tasks in alignment with project schedules.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project specifications.
- Maintain productivity and quality control on assigned scopes of work.
- Communicate progress and challenges to the Superintendent.
- Assist with material management and tool coordination.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability on-site.
