Requirements
- Possess 4-6 years of related experience in Concrete and Excavation activities
- Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment
- Be hardworking
- Be dependable
- Be safety minded
- Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary
- The ability to pass a pre-employment and periodic screenings
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team through example
- Possession of a valid driver's license with proof of an outstanding 5-year driving record
