Responsibilities
- Supervises hourly production employees
- Ensures safety and health policies are followed
- Complies with environmental programs, guidelines and policies
- Provides training to the hourly workforce
- Fosters positive teamwork
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to reach production targets
- Provides input to process improvements
- May participate in project or planning activities that go beyond day-to-day supervision of the team
