About The Position

At Pauley Construction, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you'll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. Requirements

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

• Physical abilities & exposures: Routinely work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level
• Operate vehicle and heavy machinery
• Squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally use ladder, keyboard and mouse

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
